Celebrity chefs Sanjeev Kapoor, Jamie Oliver and Wolfgang Puck are all on the menu when CNN’s Richard Quest serves up the latest edition of his acclaimed new series, set to air September 10 and 11.

Richard swaps the heat of the studio lights for that of the kitchen as QUEST looks at the world of celebrity chefs. After picking up tips from the greats, his final challenge is a hugely daunting one: to prepare the meal of his life for three top restaurant critics.

Travel with Richard across three continents, as he aims to transform his cooking skills by sharing the stove with some of the world’s most renowned chefs – TV stars whose flamboyant genius has made them international celebrities.

Kapoor enthuses about the glory of Indian food, Puck dissects his culinary empire, while Oliver seems immune to such stellar reward. All the chefs talk candidly about their philosophy and what it takes to be a celebrity chef.

In between the interviews, Richard endures a lightning apprenticeship as the personal assistant to Eric Chavot, head chef at the prestigious Capital Hotel in London’s Knightsbridge.
