Meanwhile, United has struggled to get on with out Wayne Rooney and will be hoping for a superlative performance by their teenage prodigy.

Liverpool looks ahead to their trip to London to play against Fulham who have failed to get on this season with a single win in nine matches. With Djibril Cisse finding the touch for Rafeal Benitez?s side, the UEFA Champions will be looking to join Arsenal with 13 points in eight games.

In other matches, Birmingham City plays away to Blackburn rovers with City looking for a win to move out of relegation zone. Portsmouth host the high flying Charlton and on Sunday, West Bromwich Albion after their success against Arsenal visit Bolton.

In the Spanish Primera Liga, struggling Champions Barcelona take on confident and second placed Osasuna on Sunday in a must win situation for the Catalans.
