STAR Sports League berths up for grabs as English clubs seek crucial points



New Delhi, November 25, 2005: ESPN STAR Sports, Asia's leading sports broadcaster, will telecast live & exclusive the English Premier League,

England's club soccer competition, this weekend. The broadcaster will be showing their signature package of Premiership Saturday and Super Sunday along with half and full time reports and analysis.

Captain Henry in prime form. Manchester City will host European Champions Liverpool who are looking at catching up in the league standings with two games in hand over their rivals. Portsmouth have problems a plenty right now facing them. Just out of the relegation

zone on goal difference, sacking of their Manager last week and defending champions Chelsea visiting them, the Pompeys have their hands full this Saturday.



In the Spanish league, Celta Vigo enjoying a splendid run in the league will make a trip to Mestalla Stadium to face Valencia for an intense contest. Celta are currently third in the league and will be looking

for a win to top the table.
