US Open Live and Exclusive only on Ten Sports

MUMBAI, Aug 24: Watch tennis queen Maria Sharapova serving her first Grand slam volley as the World No.1only on Ten Sports.

The US Open starts at the Flushing Meadows in New York from Monday, August 29. The tournament ends with the men’s final on Sunday, September 11.

The first session telecast of the US Open will start from 8:30 pm IST. Live telecast of the evening session starts 4:30 am to 8:30 am. Those who miss the live action, can catch up with the highlights package, which will be telecast twice every day. The telecast will be available throughout the sub-continent, including Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Maldives and Nepal.

On Saturday, September 10, dubbed the ‘Super Saturday’ in US Open, the women’s singles final will be sandwiched between the two men’s singles semi-finals. Live telecast of ‘Super Saturday’ will start from 9:30 pm IST. The men’s final on Sunday, September 11, will start at 1:30 am IST on Monday morning.

Switzerland’s Roger Federer and Russian Maria Saharapova are the top seeds in the men’s and women’s section respectively. The Indian challenge in the singles will be led by world No 50 Sania Mirza, while Mahesh Bhupathi and Leander Paes will play the doubles and mixed doubles.

High quality tennis action will continue on Ten Sports after the US Open with the telecast of Sunfeast Open in Kolkata, a Tier III WTA tournament, featuring world No 14 Anastasia Myskina and Sania Mirza. The Sunfeast Open starts September 19-25.
