Deploying 15 Cleaning & maintenance vehicles and a team of 65
skilled workers for the initiative
JCDecaux,
the 1st largest outdoor advertising specialist in the world, the
market leader in Europe and number 1 in Asia Pacific in collaboration
with the New Delhi Traders Association and the New Delhi Municipal
Council carried out a massive clean-up drive in the heart of the
city Connaught Place with an emphasis on cleaning the roads, pavements
and walkways of the premier shopping area in the national capital
where

Cleaning & maintenance vehicles and a team of 65 skilled workers
were deployed to carry out a cleaning drive in the inner circle
of CP. These vehicle were equipped with state of the art cleaning
tools which were used to clean the pavements and the walkways in
front of the shops in CP inner circle. The main objective of this
drive was to contribute to the upkeep and maintenance of the crown
jewel of NDMC and to increase awareness amongst the public towards
keeping our public spaces clean & maintained.

is one of the most important celebrations for the country and Connaught
Place is one place everybody in Delhi frequents for shopping. Diwali
is also a time when the market becomes exceedingly dirty, which
is why we carried out the campaign.
