MODI IN DISTRIBUTION TALKS WITH HALLMARK

Modi Entertainment Network (MEN) is in talks to distribute movie channel Hallmark and kids channel Kermit in India. MEN's distribution team have been approaching cable operators asking them how much they would be willing to pay for the two services. MEN chairman K.K. Modi announced recently that the Modi group would be launching two new channels in India before the year ended. MEN is already the Indian distributor for ESPN.
