Rainmaker Ventures-backed YAAP gets Shiv Sethuraman on advisory board

MUMBAI:  Rainmaker Ventures-backed YAAP Digital, one of India’s largest independent digital and content agencies, today announced the appointment of Shiv Sethuraman, founder of The New Business, on its board of advisors.

Speaking about the nomination, RainMaker Ventures co-founder Atul Hegde said, “It’s really exciting to have Shiv on the Advisory Board of YAAP. His role will go beyond a traditional advisory role and he will play an active role working closely with the senior team at YAAP on large key account business development initiatives.  I have a lot of respect for Shiv’s immense experience in building great brands and look forward to this association.”

Added Shiv Sethuraman, “I have known and worked with both Atul and YAAP for some time now. This invitation to join their board of advisors is on the one hand, a formalisation of that association, but equally it signals that I will be playing a far greater advisory and supervisory role in the growth and Client acquisition areas across YAAP’s operations.”

The YAAP group works with brands like Dubai tourism, ITC Hotels, Lufthansa, Coca Cola, American Express, SBI Cards, SHRM, NPCI, Assam Tourism along with 50+ other brands. Within a short span of 3 Years, YAAP has grown into 70+ people across 7 offices in South East Asia, India & the Middle East.
