NEW DELHI: OMD has won the media planning and buying account of Sony Computer Entertainment Europe (SCEE) for the entire Europe and Asia Pacific including New Zealand.

OMD won the account following a pitch against Mindshare, MPG, Starcom MediaVest Group and Vizeum.

OMD will manage the media duties of Sony's entertainment brands including PlayStation.

Says SCEE president and CEO David Reeves, “I am delighted to announce that OMD have been appointed as our media planning and buying agency. Throughout the pitch process, they showed a clear understanding of our business and our goals and I feel confident that they will help us to continue to establish PlayStation as the entertainment brand of choice throughout Europe and Asia Pacific regions.”
