WB rolls out marketing campaign; set to paint town with Hollywood

MUMBAI: Warner-branded Hollywood Motion Pictures and hit television series channel WB from Turner is all set to roll out a hi-decibel, multi-layered marketing campaign in the metros, starting 25 May.

Targeted at Hollywood aficionados, the campaign re-creates the most famous and all-time favourite Hollywood moments mirroring the prolific and iconic content of Warner Bros.

Said Turner International India vice president and deputy general manager - Entertainment Networks, South Asia, Monica Tata, "The WB campaign is designed to evoke curiosity amongst the ardent Hollywood followers and interweaves iconic dialogues and memorable moments of films of Warner Bros. that will instantaneously resonate and leave the audiences asking for more."

The marketing campaign presents the iconic WB shield in its full glory epitomising everything that is Hollywood. Ingrained in the campaign are the brilliant moments and dialogues that will add to the delight of a true Hollywood fan.

"People often quote favourite lines from their favourite movies. It is a measure of a true film buff," says M&C Saatchi CEO Sumantra Sengupta adding, "We used this insight to underscore the commonality between the consumer and the channel - the shared love for Hollywood."

The high points of the campaign's innovation include an outdoor campaign with creative treatment aimed to stand out from the clutter; indoor branding renditions in leading multiplexes and other vantage points across key metros and a digital campaign that will instill interactivity and engagement.
