ZenithOptimedia rolls out non-traditional media arm Newcast

NEW DELHI: ZenithOptimedia has rolled out its non-traditional media solutions arm, Newcast, in India.

The new division, based in Gurgaon, will be headed by senior vice president Navin Khemka who will also continue in his current position as business head.

Newcast will be the specialist division of ZenithOptimedia group which will develop and execute non traditional media solutions. This division will provide services such as branded content, sponsorship, events and experiential marketing to clients.

Says ZenithOptimedia India Group CEO Ambika Srivastav, “I am much excited to announce the launch of Newcast. With the changing dynamics in the media world, it is important to adapt. We are aiming to look into a fresh perspective in providing ROI to our clients in this new emerging media space. We will focus on projects which are measurable with the same passion as we do for regular media across our client portfolio. Navin has done a lot of innovative work across clients that have won recognition. He is the right guy to spearhead this initiative.”

Khemka has been in the media industry for over 14 years across planning, buying roles in Mudra, Carat, Mindshare and Cheil. He currently handles brands comprising HP –PSG, Future Brands, Times Business, Bharat Hotels, HTC, Yakult, Pioneer and Delta.
