CavinKare launches new 'Fairever' varient

MUMBAI:FMCG major CavinKare has rolled out its new varient Fairever Fruit Fairness crème in the nothern market.

The brand will be endorsed by Bollywood actress Asin Thottumkal, who has been the brand ambassador for the company since the past four years.

Speaking on the launch of the product, CavinKare executive director Ramesh Viswanathan said, "We have already introduced the product for the people in South India and have acquired 4 per cent market share for the same. Based on the response of the people they are now eyeing the north Indian market, adds Viswanathan.

The company has already invested Rs 100 -140 million for the product.

"This amount also includes marketing and advertising spends," Visvanathan says.

Priced at Rs 65 for 50gm pack, Rs 35 for 25gm pack and Rs 6 for 9gm pack, the Fairever Fruit Fairness crème comes with extracts of apple, papaya and strawberry.
