Havas unites creative agencies under Havas Worldwide

NEW DELHI: Havas has restructured its creative operations by uniting the two creative agencies, Euro RSCG and Arnold Worldwide under Havas Worldwide, a newly created entity.

Havas Worldwide will be headed by Euro RSCG Worldwide CEO and Havas - director general David Jones.

A company spokesperson said, "The overall idea is to streamline processes even further. The heads of the other Havas creative agencies will now report to David Jones and no one has been displaced from any leadership positions."

The newly-created entity will house the company's entire creative and digital agencies that accounts for roughly 80 per cent of Havas' annual revenue. The remaining 20 per cent revenue comes from Havas Media, which includes the global MPG network and other brands.

In addition to Arnold, Havas Worldwide will include a number of smaller agencies in Europe including design firm W and French creative agency H.
