Raghu Venkatraman is national strategy head for TME

MUMBAI: TME, the media agency of Rediffusion - Y&R group, has roped in Raghu Venkatraman as national strategy head, a post that was left vacant post the exit of Sushma Jhaveri.

Prior to this, Venkatraman was vice president - strategy at OOH – (Focus Media of China).

In his new capacity, Venkatraman will be based out of Mumbai and will report to company president Divya Radhakrishnan.

Says TME president Divya Radhakrishnan, "With his background, Raghu will lead the strategic output of TME and its approach to consumer connect with the offering of 'market contact planning'."

"We have developed an indigenous tool-deck which not only covers strategic planning but also implementation and productivity tools," she adds.

Venkatraman has approximately 16 years of experience. He started his career with Ogilvy where he was handling planning on Unilever brands. He has also worked on brands like Forhans, Bajaj, ICICI and Intel among others.
