MySpace, Fox to partner for multi-territory advertising

MUMBAI: MySpace has partnered with Fox International Channels (FIC) for multi-territory advertising.

FIC will now manage local advertising, marketing, and promotion for MySpace across Brazil, Argentina, Spain, Italy, Poland, Mexico, and Turkey.

The partnership will also enable MySpace to reach local advertisers in these territories.

“The new partnership with FIC allows MySpace to reduce operational costs and better leverage our local knowledge and relationships. This initiative, will allow MySpace to continue serving the needs of our users, partners and advertisers,” said MySpace CEO Owen Van Natta.

Added FIC COO Hernan Lopez, “We are delighted to work with MySpace’s international operations across Europe and Latin America. We look forward to jointly leveraging our internet and advertising expertise.”
