NEW DELHI: Publicis Group owned ZenithOptimedia has bagged the digital media buying and planning account of British Airways.

The size of the account is estimated to worth at £3 million.

Prior to this, Agency.com was the incumbent agency.

Says British Airways digital marketing manager Chris Davies, "We undertook the review to see where we could gain better efficiencies. We have a number of agencies working for us so it was an opportunity for us to get the most out of our current activity."

ZenithOptimedia also handles the airline companies' offline media buying and planning account.

Additionally, the review also witnessed digital agency Neo@Ogilvy bagging British Airways' affiliate programme and media attribution business, so that airline can better optimise its channel mix.

Meanwhile Agency.com is retained as BA's lead digital creative agency.
