MUMBAI: Shakti Bhog which deals in the manufacturing, branding and packaging of daily use consumption item like wheat flour (Aata), rice, salt, porridge amongst others has roped in Bollywood actress Karishma Kapoor as its brand ambassador.

Meanwhile, Shakti Bhog has also announced its foray into the health food and ready to eat products category in Indian and international markets. The company will launch the new range within a month and will invest Rs 5 million for the manufacturing, packaging and marketing of these products in the first phase.

The health food and ready to eat food products are priced at Rs 25 to Rs 40 per pack.
