Mindshare rejigs top management

NEW DELHI: Mindshare has restructured its top management by roping in a few new faces while calling back a few old hands.

The media agency has appointed MA Parthasarathy as partner - business planning South Asia, while Alok Sinha has been named as partner - invention South Asia.

Parthasarathy will be based in Bangalore and Sinha will operate out of Delhi.

Presently based out of Mindshare Singapore, Sinha looks after new business development apart from Maybelline and LG businessess in China. Sinha also handles Pepsi and Nestle accounts.

Sinha joined Mindshare from Carat where he had spent four years in communication planning and tools, and process training.

Additionally, old hand Pat Vinayak has returned to India after working at Mindshare Sri Lanka. Vinayak from now onwards will lead the Exchange function for the newly formed team of Adita Birla Group (ABG).

Speaking to indiantelevision.com, Mindshare MD-South Asia R Gowthaman said, "The restructuring of the top management was part of our original plan in April last year. We had decided to be at the top with all our services like Exchange, business planning."
