Network18 signs video advertising deal with Vdopia

MUMBAI: Vdopia, the online video advertising network and video ad platform company, has signed an online video advertising deal with Web18, the online arm of Network18 Group.

 

As per the deal, Web18 will use Vdopia video ad platform for delivering ads on its video content and Vdopia ad network will procure and serve advertisements for all video content across all Web18 sites.

Web18 has list of destination sites including ibnlive.com (news site), moneycontrol.com (financial site), josh18.com, cricketnext.com, tech2.com and buzz18.com.

 
"Web18 is amongst the leading internet companies in the country today and videos at ibnlive and moneycontrol are huge hits amongst the internet audience not only in India but across the world," said Vdopia founder Srikanth. "We are happy to be an important part of the video strategy of Web18 group."

Vdopia claims that its video ad platform, VDOAd, provides video ad serving technology to most premium Internet TV channels in India and it is the most effective way for advertisers to reach out to Indians worldwide.
