Ashish Limaye is Starcom MediaVest GM – marketing

MUMBAI: Starcom MediaVest (SMV) Group has elevated Ashish Limaye to the newly created post, general manager-marketing.

In his new capacity, Limaye will continue to be based in Mumbai and will report to MediaVest Group CEO- South-Asia Ravi Kiran.

Prior to this, Limaye was deputy GM of Navia, SMV Group’s out-of-home specialist brand, and was reporting to Navia CEO Sanjay Shah.

Said Ravi Kiran, “In this new, forward-looking role, Limaye will help us identify marketers’ needs and support our leadership across four full service offices and six specialist solutions units in activating our business and growth strategies.”

Limaye's new role is intended to bring transformational discipline to SMV Group’s efforts to add an “aggressive dimension to its growth strategy” in India.

Limaye has worked in different capacities and specialises in communication, out-of-home (OOH) and point of sales (POS) medium, client interactions and new business initiatives.
