Lodestar wins Tata Teleservices media buying and planning account

NEW DELHI: Lodestar Universal has bagged the media planning and buying account of Tata Teleservices.

The size of the account estimated to be worth Rs 1.5 billion.

According to Tata Teleservices chief marketing officer Lloyd Mathias, “We have had an association with Lodestar Universal in 2005 and once again we look forward to working together. We had shortlisted a few agencies with credential presentations amongst which Lodestar is a confident choice.”

The media agency won the account after fighting a pitch against various media buying and planning agencies.

Lodestar will identify, evaluate and advocate appropriate propositions and media properties keeping in mind the target markets, target segments and the overall brand positioning in addition to helping in choosing the right media mix, medium of communication, new age media like online and digital world.

“We are delighted to be once again part of the Tata Teleservices team and I am sure together we will take Tata Teleservices to greater heights,” adds Lodestar CEO Shashi Sinha.
