Bigadda & Bigflix launches contest around Luck by Chance

NEW DELHI: Reliance ADAG owned social networking site Bigadda.com and its offline and online movie rental service BigFlix.com has launched Meet Farkhan Luck By Chance contest.

The sites have partnered with consumer durables company Samsung for the contest.

“After the success of Rock On, this is our second partnership with Farhan Akhtar," says Bigadda.com head - revenue and marketing Mandar Natekar. "Bigadda is committed to create such platforms which can marry online and on ground mediums to create sponsorship opportunities for clients across categories.”

The joint initiative allows all BigFlix.com users and customers to participate in the contest and to meet Farhan Akhtar and Konkona Sen (leads of the film) after winning the contest.

Meanwhile BigFlix.com will promote the initiative through its network of 112 stores across 10 cities including Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, Chennai, Pune, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chandigarh and Indore.

Luck by Chance has got a fantastic response so far and it has been an exciting journey for us to be a part of various promotions for the film. Our initiative with Bigadda.com for the Samsung Pixon initiative will give another interesting platform for our customers to be associated with the movie and meet with their favourite stars. We will promote this initiative both through our large rental network (online and offline) across 10 cities and reach out to the maximum number of movie aficionados,” adds BigFlix business head-Video-on-Demand and advertising revenues Murtuza Kagalwala.

Luck By Chance have been produced by Big Pictures and Excel Productions and has been directed by Zoya Akhtar.
