MUMBAI: Saatchi & Saatchi Bangalore has been appointed as the communication partner for Bangalore-based real estate developer Value Designbuild.

The account size is pegged at Rs 50 million.

For this account, Saatchi & Saatchi will not only depend on traditional marketing but will also look at other forms like new age media and direct marketing.

“We have to cater to a niche audience in an already cluttered market. We will mainly look at direct marketing and approach in a way that hasn’t been done yet,” says Saatchi & Saatchi VP & head branch Bangalore Dev Gurung.
