NEW DELHI: Bates 141 has elevated Sandeep Pathak to the position of CEO. This follows the resignation of Subhash Kamath who is joining BBH as managing partner.

Pathak was earlier serving as executive vice president at Bates.

Bates 141 has promoted Manosh Mukherjee as COO (from CFO) and Dhiraj Sinha as strategy officer (from VP strategic planning).

While Vijay Singh will continue as managing director, 141 Sercon will drive the operations of diversified marketing services.

Says Bates 141 chairman Sonal Dabral, “We are all sad to see Subhash leaving and we wish him well. Fortunately for Bates 141 India, we have a great level of senior talent depth. Jeffrey, Digby and I reviewed all our options and it gives me great pleasure to announce a small but powerful EXCO with all appointments being internal moves.”

Bates 141 chairman Sonal Dabral has appointed a new Executive Committee (EXCO) to manage the all-India operations which span Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai and Kolkata, as well as brand strategy, advertising, B2B, activation, digital, field force marketing, CRM and event management.

All the appointments will become effective from 1 November.
