NEW DELHI: Komli Media, digital advertising and technology has appointed three new members to its senior management team. Joining Komli Media are Vaishali Cooper as chief financial officer, Amit Bhartiya as business head-lead generation, and Satish Kadu as vice president product management.

Prior to joining Komli, Cooper was CFO and strategy head at eBay India. Bhartiya was director and co-founder of eBay India Motors and Kadu was co-founder of MIH India, a subsidiary of global media conglomerate, Naspers.

As CFO, Cooper will be responsible for overall finance, strategy, and mergers and acquisitions at Komli. Kooper is a chartered accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Bhartiya will spearhead Komli Media’s efforts in the lead generation space, including LoanRaja, an online destination for consumers to research and find the best deals in financial products. A chartered accountant, Bhartiya has over eight years of experience, specifically within the online and e-commerce space.

Lastly, Kadu will lead Komli Media’s growing technology and product teams, driving increased investment in products oriented to help marketers target consumers with unparalleled precision and improve publisher monetization. Kadu holds a Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering from Mumbai University and MBA from the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad.
