MUMBAI: Elder Healthcare Ltd, an associate company of Elder Pharmaceuticals Ltd, has launched its multipurpose cream Fair One Plus Five.

The cream, which comes from skin care expert Shahnaz Hussain, is available at Rs 75 for 50 gm.

Elder Healthcare Ltd MD Dr Anuj Saxena said, "Although there are high price-range products in this segment, Fair One Plus Five will deliver the best value for money. Hence, there is immense potential for Fair One Plus Five, a new brand in the fairness category. The USP of this innovative new offering comprises two very essential factors in skin care - toning and tightening."

"The packaging for Fair One Plus Five Cream will have a fresh sensorial look correlating nature and herbs as pivotal elements of this brand new multipurpose skin care product," Saxena added.

According to Elder Healthcare's research findings, the skin care market is pegged at Rs 19 billion and growing at 18 per cent per annum while the fairness cream market alone is Rs 9.30 billion, and growing at 20 per cent per annum.
