MUMBAI: Maneesh Mathur has been promoted as the chief operating officer (COO) of P9 Integrated, a company that provides 360 degree solutions to motion pictures, entertainment products and television content.

Mathur had joined P9 in December 2005 as GM media services. After a span of one year, he moved on to become the associate vice president media services of P9 Integrated.

P9 Integrated CEO Navin Shah said, "Under Maneesh's leadership P9 has diversified into different allied businesses and has grown to be a 360 degree entertainment oriented organization. We hope that with his sharp business acumen and strategic leadership skill we are poised to be a global player in the entertainment marketing space with a total billing turnover of 20 billion INR in the next three years."

As the new COO, he will cater to both the corporate and brands and the entertainment fraternity to garner business. He will also be responsible in overseeing all the verticals of P9 Integrated namely media planning and buying, branding, advertising strategy and publicity design, Bollywood based syndicated content along with film merchandising, cinema and multiplex activation and institutional sales.

P9 Integrated COO Maneesh Mathur said, "It indeed will be a challenging opportunity to drive the profitable verticals of the company into newer heights. P9 has a strong presence in India with 4 offices all over the country and we are all set to have a global footprint by shortly opening operations in offices in US, UK, UAE and other countries which have a large Indian diaspora".

Maneesh, who started his career with Ogilvy & Mather in 1999, has been responsible in conceptualizing, designing and setting up the media planning and buying vertical of P9 Integrated.
