Emerging Media appoints Ipan as PR agency for 'Cricket Star'

MUMBAI: Cricket Star, Lakhon mein ek, the first ever cricket reality talent hunt in India, has appointed Ipan, which is a part of JWT group, as its public relations agency.

Emerging Media is gearing up for the launch of the second season of Cricket Star in India and would be announcing the launch and opening of registrations shortly.

Emerging Media chairman Manoj Badale says, “Cricket Star, the first ever Cricket reality show has changed the lives of the young passionate Cricketers who were the part of Cricket Star series I. Sukhvir Singh, the first Cricket Star is presently receiving coaching and training at Leicestershire County Cricket Club and playing matches, Dinesh Salunkhe the Man of the Series, is on his way to join Sukhvir at Leicester.

"We look forward to Ipan partnering with us in positioning the brand Cricket Star and communicating its unique values within the media and the target group.”

Ipan VP Radhika Shahpoorjee says, "We are delighted to have been chosen as the Public Relation agency for the brand Cricket Star. This initiative is going to be very exciting for us as we would be involved in building the brand”.
