Mudra Kolkata wins Amar PC and Indian Rayon's Linon Club

MUMBAI: The Mudra Kolkata office has just managed to pick up two accounts in the eastern region. They being - Amar PC, a one year old brand which manufactures low cost personal computers and Indian Rayon's Linon Club. The estimated size of both these accounts put together is between Rs 80 - 100 million. Both these accounts are full service accounts.

Speaking to Mudra president North and East Hemant Misra says, "Amar PC is a relatively new brand and this year the company has a very aggressive business plan. There is going to be an all India thrust this year. Linon Club on the other hand is a fairly established brand but are also aiming at some aggressive growth this year and looking at becoming a significant domestic player."

Misra added that although it was not a multi agency pitch, the reason that they were awarded the accounts was the agency's strategic inputs in ensuring brand visibility.

The incumbent of Linon's Club was a small Kolkata based agency while Amar PC has taken on an agency for the first time.
