Kellogs' mobile contest to promote Chocos

MUMBAI: Kellogs India has tied up with Mobile2Win to promote its Chocos brand. Targeted at kids in the age group 4-11 years, Kellogs has launched a mobile phone-based contest.

The contest revolves around the theme Rescue Chocos from Crafty Croc. He is the new villain, who threatens to steal chocos from Choco – the bear, the brand mascot of Kellogs.

Kids can rescue Chocos by solving a crossword available on the back of Kellogg’s Chocos packs and find out the name of this new friend who can rescue Chocos. After solving the crossword, kids can SMS the correct answer to 8558 that is the mobile2win shortcode.


Kelloggs India MD K Venkatachalam added, “The campaign is unique as it involves the kids in the brand story and empowers them to participate and also this is the first time that an FMCG brand in India has used its packaging/on–pack visuals to add interactivity to an existing promotion."


The contest can also be entered online on or responses can be sent via post. There are spidey signals to be won by the 1000 early bird participants across all three media.
