Ozone Ayurvedics appoints Carat as its AoR

MUMBAI: Ozone Ayurvedics, which is known for its Nomarks brand of skin care products has recently assigned Carat Media Services for its media planning and brand strategy duties.



Ozone Ayurvedics has products like face wash gel, elbow cream, scrub soap, and ITIS eye care solution and has been consistently expanding its product range. The agency has allocated Rs 120 million for its media spend this fiscal year. Carat Media Services will be buying space for both print and electronic media.



"Out of the total ad-spend for this fiscal year, 90 per cent would go into Nomarks, the flagship brand. Media buying will be done in sync with Carat," says Ozone Ayurvedics managing director SC Sehgal. Sehgal said that they chose Carat as their media company purely on the basis of their international and national credentials.

"Nomarks has received a number of accolades including that of 'Most preferred brand' in its category in the FMCG Awards 2003. These reaffirm the positive response the brand has generated among consumers and we have stepped up our marketing efforts to support this success. The media campaign is a part of this effort," says Ozone Ayurvedics vice president P S Sandhu.



Besides the mark removal cream, Nomarks has also launched India's first elbow cream and the first mass premium scrub soap.
