Kidzee bags Best Franchiser award; plans to expand overseas

mam/headlines/y2k4/nov/novmam22.htmMUMBAI: Kidzee, Zee Network's education arm Zee Interactive Learning Systems Limited (ZILS)'s initiative, has been awarded the Best Franchiser Award by an apex body for franchising activity in India and also the publisher of Franchising World Magazine the Franchise India Holdings Limited.

Touted as India's largest chain of play group, nursery and activity center has planned to move expand internationally and open new centers in Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, Qatar, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia and Indonesia.

Speaking about award, Zils CEO Arun Khetan said, "We aim at providing quality and uniform education to kids at all our centers. Its an unique distinction for Kidzee to be awarded as the best Franchisor Award in its first year itself. This award will strengthen our mission to provide best in education to these young minds who are the future of this country."


Started in 2003 by Zils, to provide physical, cognitive intellectual, aesthetic, emotional, and social development of the child through creative and modern education Kidzee now has over 175 centers across the nation in more than 80 cities.



With over 7000 kids enrolled at these centers, Kidzee aims to it provide uniform facilities like trained faculty, attendants, personal attention, regular Quality checks, hygiene and security. In a bid to increase interactivity, Kidzee had recently organised a Kidzee talent hunt at various locations of the country and managed to touch based with over 30000 kids and parents.
