The company announced that he will assume his duty on 12 April
2004. Erstwhile president Prabhakar Mundkur has resigned from his
post to pursue other opportunities and interests.
Former Rediffusion DYR head, Chauhan joined Rediffusion's Bangalore
operations 18 months ago. Prior to that he was working with Ogilvy,
says a company release.

a dynamic team spirit among his people and at the same time, raised
the creative standards dramatically. His track record, both within
