AOL to acquire for $435 mn

MUMBAI: Interactive services company America Online has announced that it has signed a definitive agreement in the US to acquire The company provides results-based interactive marketing services. The cash transaction is worth $435 million


The combination of America Online's advertising inventory with the network will provide advertisers with the chance to reach more than 140 million Internet users. It will also enable AOL to offer advertisers an expanded suite of customised solutions.
