The division operates 24X7 as it has business flowing in from down under (New Zealand) to up above (USA), informs the release.

Chandra as quoted in the release, believes that ORSC is all set to become "a service hub for all market research activities namely, software design, development and maintenance (includes product, database and system design), IT services (including data operations, system administration, system monitoring, network management and call desk support), data processing / analysis, and computer aided telephone (CATI) / web interviewing (CAWI)."
