| MUMBAI: French advertising firm Havas has named James
Heekin as chairman of its Euro RSCG Worldwide advertising network
subsidiary. Heeikin will replace Bob Schmetterer who will be retiring.

| Heekin, who has been with the company for four months,
will take responsibility immediately for all Euro RSCG Worldwide's
operations, Havas has said in a statement, say reports. |
