| Two food embossing inventions called the "Roller"
and the "Stamper" is expected to create lasting gourmet
impressions that can be revenue boosters. The two hand held tools
claim to stamp and roll out edible signs and messages by hand and
in any language - including Braille.
The tools, which have been developed by Gourmet Impression founder
and CEO Rich Errera, are still pending for patent. However, the
company has trademarked the embossed foods by the name of 'Pizzal'
(pronounced Pee-zell) having 'Tasty Smiles, the company stated.
The statement claims that the product can be used on food products
such as Pizza pies, calzones, melons, brownies, breads, ice creams,
eggplants, potatoes, cheeses, and cucumbers.
The food company has also lined up a demonstration TVC on Cartoon
TV for the two products. Given the fact food embossing art and messages
are now child's play, using these kitchen tools may have just about
any establishment that sells food for consumption, now selling food
advertising space.
