Mike Brooksbank, new vice president (EMEA) of Responsys

MUMBAI: In a move to increase its commitment to the growing European market for online marketing services, Responsys, Inc., a premier provider of digital marketing solutions, today announced that Mike Brooksbank has joined the company as Vice President of Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA). Brooksbank brings over 20 years of global sales, general management and strategic business development experience to Responsys, where he has chief responsibility for business development, sales strategy and execution throughout EMEA, driving revenues to achieve maximum growth and market penetration.
 
 
Building upon Responsys' current success which includes over 30 market- leading customers in 10 countries, Brooksbank plans to aggressively extend the company's global reach and presence across Europe and into the Middle East and African markets. Brooksbank's top initiatives for the region include strengthening relationships with existing customers, identifying new opportunities and growing revenues through successful strategic partnerships. In addition, to expand and better serve EMEA's customer base, Brooksbank plans to increase account management activities, provide additional strategic marketing services and raise Responsys' visibility through targeted marketing and public relations initiatives.

Brooksbank was previously Vice President of Sales, EMEA, for Xchange, a leading global Customer Relationship Management (CRM) company, and president of Mallorns Consulting, where he focused on sales strategy and management for technology clients. Brooksbank has extensive software industry management experience as Managing Director of Topdata Software and General Manager, EMEA for Serena International, a leader in change management software.
