MUMBAI: CBS may lose out financially on account of Janet Jackson flashing her tits on its broadcast of the Super Bowl half time show on Sunday.

A CNBC report has stated that Time Warner which sponsored the half time special has asked for its money back. The media conglomerate paid up around $10 million and could be seeking a refund of at least a part of the amount. The problem is that America Online decided not to stream the performance over its Web site.

A Dow Jones report stated that AOL had planned to make the show available to members and nonmembers for about two weeks. This move that was expected to generate heavy traffic for the online company. Around 25 million AOL members and visitors had been expected to view the streaming video.
