Lodestar, Maxus retain Tata Motors media buying a/cs

MUMBAI: The Tata Motors media buying accounts for their separate brands have reportedly been retained by Lodestar Media and GroupM's Maxus.

As per industry sources, the total Tata Motors buying account is pegged between Rs 500-550 million.

Lodestar handles Tata Indigo, Tata Indica and Tata Marina, whereas Maxus manages Tata Safari and Tata Sumo.



Asked to comment, MindShare South Asia and MindShare Fulcrum managing director Vikram Sakhuja denied knowledge of any such development.

Lodestar Media national media director Nandini Dias, meanwhile, was unavailable for comment.



As per industry sources, Tata Motors is on the look out for an AOR (agency of record) to handle its entire business and hence will be separate out from the Tata Group AOR, whenever it is decided.
