Fun Republic to celebrate I-Day with underprivileged kids

MUMBAI: Fun Republic- a cinema multiplex and entertainment centre at Andheri has organised a special celebration to mark the Independence Day by inviting 300 underpriviledged children.

The children will be treated to a special screening of Columbia Tristar pictures' Spiderman II at the multiplex.

 
 
The charity show in memory of producer - director late Sultan Ahmed is being organised by Fun Republic and Mrs Farrah Dibaa Sultan, wife of Sultan Ahmed.

The cast and crew of her latest movie Husn - Love & Betrayal staring Gulshan Grover, Meghna Naidu, Shahwar Ali, Meera Vasudevan and others will be attending the function, says a company release.

 
 

Sultan and the cast of her film will hoist the Tricolour. Free snacks, Pepsi, popcorn, Spiderman comics and Nestle chocolates will be distributed among these children.

Fun Republic is determined to shoulder corporate social responsibility (CSR), adds the release.
