| MUMBAI: An online advertising consultancy firm Urja
has successfully created and implemented the "Net Your Dreams
Online Bonanza" - an online migration, acquisition and usage
programme for Citibank NA India.
The objectives of the programme were:-
* Increase trial of Citibank Online by first time users and increase
subsequent frequency of repeat usage;
* Increase the number of customers transacting on Citibank Online
* Increase transactions on Citibank Online, particularly Online
Bill Payment, Online Card Bill Payments and Online Demand Draft

Urja interactive strategist MVS Murthy says: "This was the
first ever 1-1 marketing initiative which targeted customers based
on their declared and behavioral profiles. Urja has also worked
on various aspects of the project - conceptualised whole programmes;
developed the one on one marketing strategy; undertaken designing
and deploying of the creatives; measuring responses; and remarketing."
A release adds adds that the "Net Your Dreams Online Bonanza
has had a solid impact on usage of the Citibank channel, online
bill payments, online demand drafts ordered and bringing back lost
customers.
