The campaign, which includes TV, radio and poster executions, aims
to highlight the unique, in depth access the BBC offers to this
diverse range of events. The campaign, which will run from mid-June
until mid-September, has been created by the BBC in conjunction
with ad agency Fallon.
The campaign will highlight the corporation's coverage of a variety
of events that take place in the UK throughout the summer. Events
to be included within the campaign range from sporting fixtures
such as Wimbledon and Ascot, to musical festivals such as The Proms
and Glastonbury, and to smaller events such as the Orkney and Cambridge
festivals.
In addition, there will be a series of promotions running across
the British press that will give people the chance to win tickets
to attend events included in the campaign.The theme of the television
and poster creative will be freeing your feet.
