The Triple Advantage Spice North Roaming offers post-paid subscribers
the opportunity to enjoy All India STD facilities while they are
roaming in the northern states of Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Delhi,
UP West and Rajasthan. With the launch of the Spice MMS service,
subscribers will now be able to send multi media messages from their
MMS enabled handsets Also announced is an increase in network coverage
in 20 more towns in the current month. Spice also announced the
upgrade of switch software to the latest globally released version
SR 9.1. This, in tandem with the EFR (Enhanced Full Rate) enabled
network will result in enhanced voice quality and a high capacity
network, claims a company statement.
With the launch of this service in Punjab, Spice claims to have
given new dimensions to mobile communication in Punjab. Spice claims
to be the only operator in the state to offer the service on both
pre paid as well as post paid platforms. Spice subscribers will
now be able to enjoy a host of value additions such as full content
versatility, including images, audio, video, data and text. Not
only will MMS enhance the content transmission but will also allow
mobile phone users to send content from their mobiles to the internet
and vice- versa.

will be available for free for all subscribers till 31 July.
All Spice's post-paid subscribers who are on Spice North roaming
would now be able to make All India STD calls while North roaming.
This is a value enhancement from the current state wherein North
Roaming subscribers were only allowed to call back to the home state
while roaming. This unique advantage comes at no extra deposit.
