Postal services to appoint ad agents to boost revenues

MUMBAI: Ad agencies can now contribute their bit to the sagging revenues of the postal department. The Indian postal department (Maharashtra and Goa) is seeking advertising agents to secure advertisements for postcards, Meghdoot postcards, inland letter cards, letter boxes, mail vans, customised envelope and postal premises.
 
 

Ad Agencies accredited with INS or DAVP will be eligible for 15 per cent commission and non-accredited ad agency will get 10 per cent commission for securing advertisements for media post.

The applications forms can be obtained from the assistant postmaster general (BD & Tech), business development group, GPO, Mumbai. Interested agencies can get more details by sending mails to apmgd@hotmail.com.
