BANGALORE: The Advertising Agencies' Association of India (AAAI)
organised a three day creative and strategy workshop between 23-25
January 2003. Several participants travelled from other cities to
participate in the workshop which is targetted at entry-level and
mid-level advertising professionals.
Aptly called "Survival of the Fittest", the workshop
had presentations from industry luminaries: Madison Communications
CMD Sam Balsara, McCann Erickson chairman and CEO Sorab Mistry,
O&M national creative director Piyush Pandey and RK Swamy BBDO
national executive creative director Deepa Kakkar.

Noorul Islam conducted a module on the need to concentrate on maximising
return on investment while developing the creative strategy..
