| Rajgopal had his first day at the office today as
accounts manager and his immediate responsibility will be to look
after the Proctor & Gamble business. Rajgopal reports to director-research
Puneet Arora.
As reported earlier on indiantelevision.com, CR Mallikarjundas
joined as media director from Asian Paints on Monday, while Srikanth
Raman, who was media director at Triton Communications, came aboard
on Tuesday heading Starcom's Indian Oil Corporation AOR.
Starcom had earlier also appointed Nikhil Rangnekar as account
group head of one of Starcom's seven key business units.
Of the four hirings, three of them - Mallikarjundas, Rangnekar,
and Rajgopal - were earlier with Starcom. It is still not over at
the hirings department though, so expect some more announcements.
