PUNE: Home appliances major Kenstar has signed gourmet specialist and chef Sanjeev Kapoor of Zee Khana Khazana fame to endorse its range of microwave ovens.

The company has launched a new range of models amongst its existing range of microwave ovens including 29 ECF and the 34 ECR models, states an official release.

In a bid to woo customers Kenstar is also offering a microwave oven cookbook specially designed by the chef himself and attractive gifts with every purchase of microwave ovens during the festive season .The book priced at Rs 250 is also available in the market , the release adds.

Kenstar has introduced the novel concept of cookery classes for its customers. The class is conducted every week and covers topics like the advantages of microwave ovens, do's and don'ts, tips on microwave oven cooking, clearing the myths related to microwave oven cooking and cooking every day dishes in microwave ovens.

The new product is available in all metros and mini metros like Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Chandigarh, Ahmedabad, Delhi, Kolkata, Jalandhar, and Ludhiana.
