NEW DELHI: Sunsilk, the hair and fashion beauty haircare brand
has announced its activities slated for the six-day bridal event
commencing today at New Delhi's Taj Palace.
A Bridal Hair show, three interactive hair and beauty seminars by
the Sunsilk hair experts and a working salon run by the hair experts
- are all set to make Sunsilk Bridal Asia a landmark in bridal events.
Sunsilk Beautiful Brides will feature models like Jesse
Randhawa, Aditi Gowitrikar, Viveka Babajee, Tapur Chatterjee. Sunsilk
Beautiful Brides will showcase the quintessential Indian wedding
in its various facets and in the moods of the young bride-to-be
through all the pre-marriage functions leading to the grand finale
- the 'shaadi'. Well groomed hair is key to a smart, confident look
that sees a young bride through all the nervousness, constant chatter,
andpeople milling around her.
National award-winning fashion designer Neeta Lulla's bridal creations
will be part of the Sunsilk show. The brand's association with the
designer is a successful and long standing one and Neeta had also
designed outfits for this year's Sunsilk Hair Show at the India
Fashion Week. Neeta is currently in the limelight for her designs
for Paro, the central character in the recent cinematic extravaganza
Devdas.
The other highlights of the show include a Salon that will be run
on all six days, by the leading Sunsilk duo of Jawed Habib and Samantha
Kochhar. As before, the salon promises to be constantly abuzz with
makeovers and haircuts by the Sunsilk Hair Experts.
The Sunsilk Experts will conduct three hair and make up seminars
centered on the bridal theme for consumers as well as the salon
trade.
