  • Disney's Princess Cinderella to visit India in December

    MUMBAI: Disney is bringing Princess Cinderella and her Prince Charming to India beginning 19 December.

    Disney is calling the Princesses and Cinderella fans to put on their dancing shoes and be a part of this experience as Cinderella and Prince Charming star in 20 live shows across five cities.

    Over 250,000 Disney Princess fans across Bangalore, Delhi, Hyderabad, Chennai and Mumbai will get to see Cinderella and Prince Charming.

    Starting with their arrival at the Bangalore Palace on 19th December, every show will comprise of storytelling session, Disney Princess makeover sessions, Waltz performance by Cinderella and Prince Charming, followed by special meet and greet with fans.

    The Walt Disney Company India executive director, marketing Avinash Pant said, "We are excited to bring our India fans this amazing opportunity to meet their favourite Disney Princess. Creating memorable experiences for kids and families is at the heart of everything we do at Disney and we intend to provide our fans as many opportunities as possible to experience our stories first hand and engage with our characters."

    Disney, in association with the Make-A-Wish Foundation of India, will also fulfil wishes of 60 children suffering from life threatening illness.

    Clinic Plus has also tied up with Disney to further magnify the Disney Princess magic. It has launched packs with three Disney Princesses -- Rapunzel, Jasmine and Little Mermaid. During the promotional period, fans will get free Disney Princess 3D hair accessories and jewellery with every Clinic Plus bottle (90ml, 200ml and 400ml).

    Disney Channel has already showcased Disney Princess movies and will be airing the Cinderella II at 11 a.m. on 17 December, 2011 as part of the promotion.
