Balaji Telefilms CEO R Karthik, who was lately looking after the southern businesses
of the company, has quit.
Karthik has been with the company for over 12 years and has been in charge of
various roles.
Before
being elevated as CEO in April 2007, he was president, strategy and business development. "I
have moved out of Balaji Telefilms from 1 October," Karthik told Indiantelevision.com. Karthik
had also worked with Nimbus Communications as senior marketing executive. Meanwhile,
Balaji Telefilms has appointed Kingfisher Airlines ex-marketing head Vikram Malhotra
as COO of its movie arm, Balaji Motion Pictures. |
